But...Normal 40 was never meant to stay online.

In 2025 I hosted our first ever Normal 40 Ranch Retreat. It was 15 people doing life together for 5 days. After the Ranch Retreat, one thing became obvious: this work hits different when people are in the same room. A thumbs up will never replace a hug. 

In 2026, we’re taking Normal 40 on the road. We’re hosting small, in-person gatherings throughout the year, and you're invited. To attend, all you have to do is get there.
