Refund Policy

1. Coaching & Mastermind Programs
All coaching services and mastermind memberships are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused sessions or early cancellations.
2. Community Membership (e.g., via Circle)
Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid
future charges. No partial refunds.
3. Digital Products (e.g., The Trade)
Unless otherwise stated, all digital products are final sale. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us.
4. Event Cancellations
If Normal 40 cancels an event, registrants will receive either a full refund or credit toward a future offering.
